I need help! Can’t access my website anymore
-
Hello!
I was updating my website plugins to improve performance and security, and I am not sure exactly what I did, but my website and editor are no longer accessible. It likely has something to do with Jetpack, as I do get a message saying: Jetpack can’t communicate with your site because your site isn’t connected. However, under Jetpack I can only see Activity Log, VaultPress Backup, Scan, and Search. But not Dashboard.
When I try to go to the domain or the wp-admin site, I just get a blank page. I can see that 17 pages are published, so I am guessing the data has not been lost, just the access to it.
Can someone please help me? Thanks!

Hi there,
It looks like the website is not hosted with us at WordPress.com but connected via the Jetpack plugin as the domain is pointing away from our hosting service.
WordPress.com is a hosting service just like OVH. We are different from the open-source software WordPress (or WordPress.org) which can be used on many different hosts.
You can read about the differences, here: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/To solve the issues with the site, the best thing to do is contact your current host, which appears to be OVH or Webempresa. Here is the tool I used to find this information:
https://wordpress.com/site-profilerYou can reach out to OVH, here: https://help.ovhcloud.com/csm/null-home?id=csm_index
And to Webempresa, here: https://www.webempresa.com/contactanos.html
