I need help changing the theme to my blog

  I need to change the theme to my blog but I don’t know how. i’ve found the theme I want (http://themes.wordpress.net/columns/3-columns/1754/munch-10/) but I do not know how to take that theme and use it. I keep getting told to use an ftp server to do this. anyone know how to do this? what is the ftp server i need to use for my blog??

  You can’t upload themes to WordPress.com. There is no FTP access.

  You can use any of the themes listed on your Presentation tab. You can also customize it with CSS if you like.

  Can I edit my templates?

  Here at wordpress.com you are limited to the themes listed under presentation > themes. The themes available for download on the internet are for self-hosted blogs using the wordpress.org software.
