I need help clearing my cache

  Hi there,

  I am hoping someone can help me. Something has gone wrong with my site http://www.stylishpaws.co.za
  I ‘googled’ what it could be and it seems I need to clear out my cache file but I cannot even log into my site to get there… Please can someone help me….

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  http://stylishpaws.co.za/ is a self-hosted WordPress site, not a WordPress.com site, so we have no way of helping you with this.

  You’ll most likely need your hosting provider’s help to clear the site cache if you’re unable to log in, but you can also ask the users in the self-hosted WordPress forums for advice:

  Hello,

  Is the domain hosted by WordPress having unlimited banwicth?
  What is its maximum capability?
  If you get a large amount of traffic, does it still perform well?
  Where is our domain host?
  I want to upgrade a free domain to a business package, without using external hosting.
