I need help closing all accounts and subscriptions

    Hello, I need help closing everything associated with this. I am hoping to get a refund on my most recent bill as well if I can. I have not used it and it just was charged.

    Hi there,

    I would be happy to assist you in canceling and refunding your purchase. However, I do not see any history of purchases under the account you are contacting from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.

    Once you are able to cancel out your subscription, you can permanently close your account by logging in and going to the following link:
