I am being hounded by a follower. AND I desparately need help taking them OFF my followers list. The below email is the follower. CAN YOU HELP ME?:(email visible only to moderators and staff)

We cannot block or delete subscribers from public blogs. Everyone on the internet can view and follow any public blog. That is in fact what the public designation means.
