  Hi. I am not satisfied with the content on my blog. Any of it. I would like to clear everything and start fresh again. Is that possible to do?

  It’s absolutely possible, just Trash them all:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/trash/
  and, if you want you can change your blog address
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/
