I need help editing my pages.

  I cannot edit my page titled home on my site. I have 3 other pages and had no problem editing them. I am beginning to think it is not even a page. Can I delete it?

  Your home page is not a real page, just a collection of your blog posts.

  You can replace that with another page following this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/front-page/
