  Wordpress charged me for a website but when I login it says I have not created one yet. I called wordpress and the person who answered the phone was unhelpful and rude! bad customer service. I really need help, this is for a class and it’s due soon. I would like assistance and my money back!

  WordPress.com doesn’t have phone support so whoever you called it wasn’t here. What is the address of your sire? Perhaps it was created under a different account to the one you’re currently logged in to.
