I need help fixing my URL address name.

  I have placed 4 new screenshot images in my media folder to help explain my dilema. I cannot make corrections to my address page in my domin settings. The title address doesn’t match the site address. I am being prompted to upgrade to make changes. Please Please Help!!!!!!

  First, the Site Title field is not for changing your domain, that’s just the name of your site, like “My Fun Picture Site” or “Your Local Cat Blog.”

  The domain you want https://reciesdomaine.com/ is already registered here and attached to a different WordPress.com site.

  That site is registered under a different WordPress.com account, so make sure you’re logged in under the correct account.
