I am trying many days to emped via gigya coding the video from the link below

That link is for a play list that is empty.
If that is a video, you need the direct link for the video.
WordPress.com only support videos from the following sites
…. YouTube, Vimeo, Hulu, Flickr, DailyMotion, Viddler, Blip.tv, TED Talks, Educreations, and Videolog.

Seems that I wrote a not working link.

The live feed there seems that is transmitted via blogger.com using iframe code. -
The sourcecode of that page doesn’t reveal enough info to allow me to create a gigya shortcode.
This is important, so I worked out an alternative – for the player shown here:

Already done ! Thanks for your support again.
We notice some problems as zougla appears to have a delay about to 1 hour (!).
Also, we did n’ t find any solution to emped ERT-3 but keep searching on it…

Sorry, there’s nothing else I can do: I visited some 20 sites that display the EBU player. I examined the sourcecode of all of them, but it’s always the same iframe that can’t be converted into a working shortcode. Same thing for ET3.
