  I want to renew ‘taklungmatulrinpoche.org’ for its owner who forgot to pay in time …
  * how can he renew it?
  * can i do it for him as he asked me to investigate, and how to do that?

  Hi there,

  Only the account that registered a domain can renew it, so it’s not possible for you to renew it on behalf of someone else. The domain owner will need to log into their account and renew it themselves.

  However, from what I can see that domain was renewed yesterday and is good for another year.
