I need help with another account.
First, it’s so bad that I don’t have an live chat without logging I needed to create this account in order to chat with you.
The problem that I have it’s the following. I’m working on a client’s website which he did it a long time ago and I’ve noticed that the WP dashboard indicated that we need it to do some updates. However, before we updated, we put a new template since we will do a rebranding to the website.
When I turned off the actual template that was active on the WordPress account. The website was completely shut down and I’m trying to put the profile on recovery mode. However, I’m not able to do it and that’s why I wanted to have a live chat in order to provide all the account’s information and make sure we can fix this right away.
