  I reached out to help@wordpress.com and via the chat options and read through resources but didn’t receive the help needed. Appreciate any guidance you can offer: we’re hoping to upgrade our WordPress plan and likely need to submit proof of tax exemption to make a sales-tax exempt purchase. Thank you!

  I just replied to your email. Could you please reply with the tax-exemption documents? We’ll then mark your account as tax-exempt so that you aren’t charged a sales tax.
