I need help getting my account back

  the WordPress account is linked to my website speedyimagesigns.com, what happened was i had someone create my site and he never gave me the WordPress details which were linked to his Email, so now i can’t put any pictures onto the site. i tried changing the password with my websites phpmyadmin through my cPanel but it did not work, so i am just wondering what other way there is to retrieve my account.
