Got it, that’s expired. But it’s under another account, too — possibly a contractor. Are you able to log in as the domain owner and renew your upgrade? You should be able to use whatever email address gets renewal reminders.

I signed up using this email – (email visible only to moderators and staff), but it could possibly be under (email visible only to moderators and staff). When I try logging in to either of those wp accounts, the profiles are blank and it says i have no website.

I have no problem accessing the account, there’s just no billing history, no evidence I ever had a website, nowhere to “renew” my domain. It’s just as if I have signed up today for wordpress. Blank profile.

but if you mean this account you are using to post to the forums, then it isn’t this account.
Have you followed up with her suggestion to recover the WPcom account that owns the domain?

I keep trying, but all I get is this message:

But when I click the link and log in (to BOTH email addresses), I have zero history of any domains or websites. No purchase history, nothing.
I did figure out that the correct email address I used was (email visible only to moderators and staff).
To recap:
I have access to the account using (email visible only to moderators and staff). There is zero history on the account, and nowhere to renew my domain. Nothing showing anything about ever having had a website on wordpress. I contacted bluehost and they said tucows.com was the registrar of the chooseplants.ca domain, but when I looked it up, it points to wordpress because I transferred it over in the beginning.
I have all the email reminders now that my domain was expring, from wordpress. There are no links contained within those emails to go to renew. What do I do here?

That isn’t the account that owns the domain. You have more than one account and so far have not logged into the correct one.
It is associated with a different email address that you haven’t listed so far. Can you check all of your email addresses?
