I need help. Header in Theme Structure

Hi,
it would be awesome if anyone could help me.
I am using the theme Structure for my blog. I am trying to put a picture next to my welcoming text. How can I do that? I can’t find a suitable sidebar, I need something like Homepage top middle or left.. ?Thank you!

640×392 pixels if you’re using the option to display the featured image when viewing a single post.
620×380 pixels if you’re not using that option.
(620×380 is the size of the homepage top featured image, 640×392 is the size on the single post view; but 620×380 and 640×392 are the same aspect ratio, so the image will show up in the homepage top area in both cases).

Content and one sidebar: The main column width is 640 with one sidebar of 280.
Content and two sidebars: The main column width is 400 with two sidebars of 180.
