    I need help. I have a different wordpress account then the one i am using now. I can’t access it at this time. When I try to log in it tells me the account doesn’t exist. I have a website for my company with this account. I paid wordpress $300 0n 8/24/2019 for the Business account. The website was working fine until I tried to pull up the website today. It said domain upgrade for this domain not found and told me log into my wordpress account. When I tried to do that it told me that the username doesn’t exist. I have logged in many times without a problem. I have the username saved in excel so i would always h/ave it.
