i appreciate any help. when i contacted bluehost they said i have infected files that need to be removed but i do not know how to do that.

You might want to try posting your question at the WordPress.org support forum: https://wordpress.org/support/forums
http://www.jillmarzion.com uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org), whereas this forum deals with sites hosted through WordPress.com.
They’re very similar, but two separate things.
