I need HELP immediately
-
Hello,
I have two accounts, but I only want one once I transfer some of the old info to the new site. Please help. Besides, I want to keep the new account I’ve been building for a couple of weeks. I need to upgrade to keep this account open. However, I can’t sign in because the account has been closed. Please re-open my account, so I can sign in and upgrade.
Thanks,
Adrienne

Hi there,
What’s the username and website of your other account so I can have a look and further help you?
-
Hi Fstat,
I so appreciate your help.
The username is either (email visible only to moderators and staff) or (email visible only to moderators and staff) and the password is [redacted by staff]
My accounts are both on WordPress.com, not WordPress.org. I’m so confused. If you search for http://www.adriennelafaye.com it will direct you to my newest site that I can’t access as an admin.
My old account’s username is brnartist, I don’t know the password.
What I want to do is upgrade my newest account which is https://www.adriennelafaye.com. It seems that both the old and new accounts are using this domain. How did this happen when only one was active?

Hi Fstat,
It would be great if we could talk on the phone, to resolve this problem.

Hi Adrienne,
I’m afraid we don’t provide phone support, and we also ask that you don’t post personal contact information or passwords in our public forums. Our support team will never ask you for your password, not even over email. I’ve removed the sensitive information from your posts above.
We’re also not able to help in this case – the site at adriennelafaye.com is not hosted with us here on WordPress.com, but was made using the open source WordPress software, and is hosted by Siteground.com. We don’t have any control over that site, and no access to the server it’s hosted on. That site has no connection at all to the WordPress.com account you’re using to post here, or to your WordPress.com site at http://adriennelafaye.wordpress.com/
If you want to connect that site to your WordPress.com account, you can do that by installing the plugin named Jetpack. That will allow you to manage some aspects of the site using our tools, but the site itself will still be completely separate from WordPress.com.
If you’re having trouble logging into the dashboard of that site, please contact Siteground support directly.
For general help with the version of WordPress you’re using on that site, you can ask then WordPress.org community, who makes that software, in their forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
WordPress.org also doesn’t provide phone support, so please also don’t post your phone number or any login details for your site in those forums.

My old account’s username is brnartist, I don’t know the password.
There is a WordPress.com account with that username, but that account has no connection to your Siteground site at adriennelafaye.com.
To regain access to that WordPress.com username account, please follow our account recovery process at https://wordpress.com/en/support/account-recovery/
