I need help importing from XML file from the old squarespace 5

Nothing appears when I import my XML file from old squarespace5 file. I saw another thread on wordpress that support had to do something to the file to make it work. The upload says its complete and I got an email confirmation but nothing is showing up in my posts.

and it seems to have the answer but i think i need support help to be able to fix my file…its the older version of squarespace 5 so there is no feature on their website that allows me to export for wordpress, only allows me a snapshot file ( as they call it) and when I upload into wordpress, i get confirmation it is done and then nothing is there. everything is blank, less the pages i actually created on wordpress myself.

Try to import the file using the movable type import tool at:

I tried that several times and after the upload everything is blank. I found another thread that is posted above and sent the info to squarespace and they made the suggested adjustment to the file for me and that worked.
