  I need help logging into my account. I have my username and password but I don’t have the Authenticator app and I need to change my number on my account. I can show proof that it’s me.

  If you are using 2FA on your account, you must use 1 of the backup codes (you were supposed to print out or store on a safe place) you got when you set up 2FA, instead of the authenticator code.
