  Your site is connected to your WordPress.com account through the Jetpack plugin. To move it to another account, you need to disconnect it by following these instructions:

  https://wordpress.com/support/disconnect-jetpack-sites/

  then log in to your other WordPress.com account and connect it by following these instructions:

  Jetpack
