I need help nesting categories in the drop-down page tab on the top of my site

  One of my pages, “Browse Posts” is the parent page for 2 other pages “By Book” and “By Recipe”, which both drop down from the page tab at the top of the site, when you hover your mouse over “Browse Posts”.

  I need help figuring out how to make a further specified drop-down, such that when you then hover your mouse over “By Book”, My categories can also drop down, so that people can easily browse posts according to my category organization, and skip surfing from page to page, clicking all the links.

  Basically, I’d like to achieve the effect of drop down tab to drop down tab to navigate the site.
  Please advise!

  The easiest way to do this is to create a custom menu at ‘Appearance’ -> ‘Menus’ in your Dashboard. Please carefully follow the steps in this guide.
