I need help now to renew my current plan

I’ve been trying to do this for nearly a week, case #2649416. We need to resolve this tonight. I have a laptop now. I’ve been trying to do this on my mobile phone. I’m having the same problem here – It just takes me in circles.

The reason you are going in a loop with the upgrade is because the upgrades you are trying to renew are not connected to the account that you are contacting us from. They are connected with a different account and you need to be signed into that account in order to renew them.
If you can contact us in this thread from the account/username associated with the upgrades, I’ll be able to assist you in renewing the upgrades.

I already tried to change the account as per Livio V.
When I tried to upgrade from billdeb411, a message came up. Please go to TheTumbleLees.me, and I will have a jpg uploaded which tells me I don’t have the rights to do it.
TheTumbleLees.me was created with (email visible only to moderators and staff). I don’t understand how it is not the authorized account/user. -
I’m now back in as (email visible only to moderators and staff).
My plan expires TODAY and I will be working most all day. I need to get this resolved. I’ve had issues with this in the past. It took a genius to fix it for me last time and now from that fix, I can’t seem to renew myself.

Okay, so between the two accounts that you contacted me from, you have more than proven ownership. =)
Now, the issue is that the upgrades are under your billdeb411 account, but your dalees107.wordpress.com blog is under your dalees107 account.
To minimize confusion moving forward, I’d suggest having both the blog and upgrades under one account. I can indeed help you with this, just let me know which account you want both under. Then, renewing the upgrades shouldn’t be an issue.
