I need help on how to claim my youtube channel back

    Hello there ! I need a website that I can use with adsense,but unfortunately when I tried to register with adsense ,all I saw is my account has been disabled and also tried on YouTube ,I could observed that my youtube channel has also been suspended.I have tried contacting them twice.I have received my account was under suspension as a result of violation of rules.My bone of contention is that if I upgrade my wordpress site now how will these two channels not affect the monetization of my site.I need an urgent reply . Thanks
