  I’m having some problems and wondered if someone could help me? I searched my blog on google and it says “This is an example of a WordPress page, you could edit this to put information about yourself or your site so readers know where you are coming from.” I cant seem to get rid of that, I changed it already but it wont change on the google page, I did this about a week ago and it still did not change, can I have some help please?

  Im asking a second question here because im not sure where it goes. I have crawled my page and everything and something very strange is happening, I wanted everyone to see a post that I posted instead of the entire blog, so I crawled the post first than the blog later. The strange part is, part of my blog is on google, instead of the post itself. At the top it says Blogs about: fakwefpwakfpkwef <– not really what it says– I wanted to know how I can get the actual post in google instead of it taking me to that page first. Also the other day the Blogs about: page was on the 9th page of Google and suddenly dropped to the 15. Is there any reason that happened? If someone could help id appreciate it.

  it usually takes from 2 to 3 weeks for google to update its cache… just be patient

  You have to wait for Google to update. Right now it’s only seeing your old placeholder post.

  People in the forum can’t see you either, but you can remedy that in seconds by linking your name to your blog:

  How to make your name link to your blog:
  Go into your dashboard -> users -> your profile -> then scroll down to ‘contact info’. In the spot where it says ‘website’ fill in the address of your blog and save the changes
  Now… when you comment here and on other blogs, your name will link to your blog.

  Oh I see, is there any reason the blog page dropped in from page 9 to page 15? Also why is it taking me to the about page first before taking me to my actual post from Google?

  There is nothing you can do about Google. Maybe Google has decided to play mind-games with you.
