I need help please with refund

I have 2 things. First is I no longer have the bank card used to purchase the product a few months ago. I have a new bank and card an need the funds put into my account. Second. I was told with recorded an documents converstaion that i wanted to keep my domain name refund everything else. Lady said with kepping domain refund is 54.00. With out it was around 89. Come to find out the domain name is being held by godaddy an wont be released unless I pay over 300 dollars. Please call me or email me asap to get the remaining about refunded. Thank you

It is GoDaddy. I transferred the domain cryptochato.com an I THOUGHT GoDaddy was no longer associated with this domain. Over 4 months ago I disputed the charges
.. Long story. But thing is… Bank took back the money… GoDaddy suspended ended my purchases of over 170 dollars an my bank say I lost dispute.. I am new to this website building and the process an terms… I asked few months back to please refund everything BUT cryptochato.com. I was assured that if I take offer of half what I paid I wont lose it… Had no idea it was still connected to GoDaddy.Thank you for your time with this situation. Sorry for such a late reply.
