I need help putting an MP4 file into my article (it is not on YouTube, no link).

  How can I add an MP4 file to my WordPress article? This is a one-time thing. It is NOT on YouTube because it has copyrighted music. I want to add the MP4 QuickTime video just as I would add a photo my article. Thank you.
