I need help recovering a blog
-
I have a blog possibly created using a different email that I don’t want to bother with anymore. Abigayleandlife.wordpress.com was created 6 years ago via an old school email that shouldn’t exist anymore. I just want this blog accessible to me so that I could possibly do some editing.
WordPress is pressing me for credentials that I just don’t have but I know for a fact that this is MY BLOG.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there in order to access that site, you’ll need to log in with the correct username account. If you don’t have the password and don’t have access to the email address associated with that account any longer, you’ll need to try and recover the account via the account recovery form. https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/ Add as much information as you can on the form including the old school email address you believe was associated with the account. Be patient for the account recovery team to get back to you.
Barring that, there won’t be any way for you to gain access and edit that site. WordPressdotcom has a strict policy in place in order to protect users from third
parties who might try to use the support system to gain access to other user’s accounts. -
Thank you so much @justjennifer! I have noticed how tight the security is and that is perfectly acceptable. I just wish I could remember more than an old email that shouldn’t exist anymore :(
