  Hello,

  I need help recovering access to my old site: https://chemmas.wordpress.com

  I can log in to WordPress.com, but the only site that appears in my account is “lightningsjp.wordpress.com”.
  The site I want to manage, “chemmas.wordpress.com”, does not appear in my account dashboard.

  I tried the Account Recovery Form, but it requires a receipt, activation URL, or 2FA code.
  Since the site was created many years ago as a free plan, I do not have any of these items.

  However, I am the original owner of chemmas.wordpress.com and I can provide detailed information about the site’s content for ownership verification, such as:

  • Post titles and dates
  • Details of the content I wrote
  • The theme I used
  • Widgets and layout I had configured
  • Any other information that only the site owner would know

  Please help me recover access to the correct account or guide me through an alternative verification method.

  You are simply logged in to the wrong account. Log out from current and log in again as chemmas – https://wordpress.com/forums/users/chemmas/
