I need help setting up my Multisite

  Multisite network users not being added to the sub sites

  What is the URL of your website or what is the name of your account on the WordPress.com platform you need assistance with?

  heartcreative.co -> main site
  radicalgoodness.heartcreative.co -> second site

  the second site has a separate WP root install in a subdirectory of my server’s public_html folder

  when I created the network, i only had the main site. I created a new site in the network at radicalgoodness.heartcreative.co, and it looked like everything was working.

  but now when I add a user to the network, it doesn’t get added to radicalgoodness, and when I query posts from radicalgoodness, there is only the sample blog post and the hello world page.

  this leads me to believe that somehow the subdomain database wasn’t pulled into the network. is this something I should do manually?

  https://www.whoishostingthis.com/#search=heartcreative.co

  We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.

  https://wordpress.org/support/ is a great resource for sites using the open source WordPress.org software, and you can find support for multisite at: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/multisite/
