I need help setting up my site with my paid subscription

    I am very new to wordpress and don’t think I understood everything when I paid last year. I want to set up the 2 year plan I paid for on an URL I paid for, but it doesn’t seem to be the one associated with the plan that I bought. Is there still a free domain I can clain with it or should I use one I already paid for? I want to use the domain strokestrength.support but still need to buy it OR link it to this 2 year plan. Please help!

    Hi there!

    It seems that you have two different WordPress.com accounts and all the upgrades are owned by mmjens210 – you may want to log into that other account, to manage your purchases.

    I want to set up the 2 year plan I paid for on an URL I paid for, but it doesn’t seem to be the one associated with the plan that I bought.

    I can see two sites under that other account, both with different subscriptions. Was it your plan to keep those sites separated, or did you want to have all those different domains pointing to the same site?

    If the domain you want to use is under a different site, you can move it by following these instructions:

    https://wordpress.com/support/move-domain/transfer-a-domain-to-another-wordpress-com-account/.

    The domain credit for the site exercisefortherapy.wordpress.com was already
    used, so you wouldn’t be able to register any other domain for free. You could do it if you purchase a paid plan on strokestrength.wordpress.com, though.
