i need help to connect my wordpress to my domain name please

  Hello! My website was working until I tried to map my domain name instead of using ‘wordpress.com’. I’m guessing I may need to give you some DNS codes from my provider which is Crazy Domains. Can you please contact me with why it isn’t working & if you can help me get it live again? The domain is ‘tapiocatimes.com’. Thanks for your help.

  Hi there,

  In order to use your domain hosted with Crazy DOmains with your WordPress.com site, you’ll need to change the domain nameservers at your domain host, and point them over to WordPress.com. Our nameservers are:

  NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  Then, you’ll need to purchase the mapping subscription upgrade so that you can map your domain over to your WordPress.com site. It looks like you’ve already done that part.

  Okay, these are the records provided by Crazy Domains? Is it your email that is not working? Because the domain is working just fine.
