I need help to permanently delete my WordPress site

    Hello All,

    I work for a primary school and we have our school website hosted by WordPress. We are moving to another platform soon. I need to delete my WordPress site however when searching high and low, I am unable to locate the deletion process which works for the school website I manage, all options presented does not work for the site we have.

    Does WordPress have an official customer support team I am able to contact? Please let me know if they do. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

    the address of the website I am trying to delete permanently or detach from the domain is http://coolbellupcs.wa.edu.au

    Are you able to please assist me with deleting this website permanently or with detaching it from the domain so the current IT coordinator is able to link the domain with the new website platform.

    You’re posting in the support forum for free sites that are hosted at WordPress.com. The site you need help with isn’t hosted here. Your IT people will need to approach whoever hosts that site.
