I need help to put bookmarks in a very long page of text with headings on top

  I need to be able to bookmark link text within the body of my blog to headings at the top of a page. I’m not sure how to do it.

  I’m not sure I understand.

  If you’d like to build a custom navigation menu, you can do so under Appearance -> Menus in your dashboard.
