I need help to renew my website subscription

    We are a company called Green Dreams and we had sought the help of a website developer to upgrade . However, we ran into some issues with the developer regarding payment and we have filed a police complaint . We dont have access to our site which is now in suspended status.
    We would like to know if we can pay the annual subscription to ensure that the site is active.
