I need help transferring my site

    I am transferring my site to another host. It asks me the following:
    FTP credentials

    Tell us how to connect to your site to get its files.

    HOST LOCATION OR IP ADDRESS
    FTP USERNAME
    FTP PASSWORD

    Where do I find this information please?
