I NEED HELP! Updated Jet Pack, Lost All Email Subscribers & Widgets

  I need help! I just updated my jet pack today and when I reactivated it, I lost all my widgets on the sidebar, and my email subscribers! I had about 800! PLEASE, PLEASE, How can I get them back?

  I am self hosted using a blue host server if that helps.

  Please, I am very upset! I think my website is cached so I still see the widgets in my sidebar, but in my wordpress dashboard when I click on Jetpack, everything is gone!

  Hello,
  I’ll tag this for staff attention. Please subscribe to this thread so you’ll know when they assist you.

  Staff is backlogged and works through threads in chronological order.
  The best thing to do is be patient, and know that they’ll take care of you as soon as they are able.

  Thanks! Now I can see all of my widgets again and my email subscribers on my side bar on my website, but my widgets aren’t showing up in my dashboard and it won’t let me drag any widgets over.
