  I need help removing a domain charge.

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  I do not see a current domain charge under your account. A refund was already processed for scarlett-says.com on 12/20. Is that the charge you are referring to?
  If so, you should’ve already received that refund, and I would call your bank if it is not yet reflected on your bank statement.

  No, that’s not the one. I am unable to see or find which domain it is coming from. I do have a transaction ID that the charge can be researched with.
