“I need help with a payment refund issue.”

    hi

    I was charged an additional $14.94 including tax after my initial payment.
    Can I get a refund for this extra charge?

    According to my billing details:

    • Charged $52.80
    • Refunded $38.50
    • Refunded $14.30

    I also see a $14.30 refund listed in my billing history.
    Could you please confirm whether this refund has been fully processed or if it’s still pending?
