I need to contact a human at WordPress about a refund. I’m not sure I followed through with the instructions clearly. I did not see a refund option, but I was well within my 30-day window

WordPress.com doesn’t provide call support. However it provides its users with written means of support. For users with Premium and Business plans, WordPress.com provides Live chat support. And support for free-hosted websites like yours (as mentioned in the post) is provided here in the community support forums.
The account you’re using to post here does not own any domain upgrades. For what plan on what site do you need help with? If you can give the url for the site you need to help with, one of us on the forum can help you with a few steps or tag a staff member to assist you further if needed.

I purchased the premium for this site and was going through with the refund process as listed on the forum but I did not see a refund icon as shown in the guide. I am well within the 30-day window and I was looking into different options when my cat jumped on the laptop and hit submit.
I need to know if I can a refund or reverse the cancellation. -
