I need help with Account Recovery

    Hi everyone,

    I’ve recently switched my WordPress website to production mode and decided to try out JetPack. Unfortunately, I encountered numerous issues and, despite days of effort, I couldn’t get the site online. After repeatedly reinstalling the plugin and adjusting the settings, I opted to delete and recreate my account.

    Now, my WooCommerce is not functioning.

    Additionally, I’m unable to use my primary email address, which is essential for me.

    I attempted to use the WordPress Recovery Form, but since I don’t have the original WP activation data (it was set up many years ago), the form won’t allow me to proceed.

    However, I do have the WooCommerce purchase transaction ID, which can verify my identity as the owner. As a company, we have numerous other documents that confirm our ownership of the company, the domain, AWS, etc.

    Can anyone advise on how I can resolve this situation?

  • Hey Sasa! Sorry you’ve had such a time with this. Was the old site you deleted here with us? And, did you close the account?

    If so, you should be able to respond to the account closure email and ask that staff re-open it. So long as you do this within 30 days, you should be okay to go. And, we can likely help with the connection issue as well.

    I think that’ll be the quickest path forward, but let us know your thoughts.
