I need help with adding a vCita plug in. I do not see my Admin panel bar where it should tell me how

  How to add LiveSite Widget to WordPress ?

  Connect to your WordPress Admin Panel.
  Click the ‘Plugins’ menu on the left and choose ‘Add New’.
  Search for ‘Online Scheduling by vCita’.
  Install ‘Appointment Booking and Online Scheduling by vCita’.
  After installation has finished, activate the plugin.
  Click ‘Meeting Scheduler by vCita’ under the Plugins menu
  Enter your e-mail address ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) and login.
  The active engage widget is now enabled on your site.

  I do not see the Plug ins option on the left side of where the Admin Panel is.

  May I get assistance please?

  You are confusing wordpress.COM hosted blogs and wordpress.ORG installs on paid hosting.

  There is no FTP access https://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/ and no blogger installed plugin capability. There never has been as blogger installed plugins as they are not permitted here at WordPress.com for various security reasons. No upgrade changes that reality. https://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
