    please give me a call, the features that it says it comes aren’t applicable to my account, please advise soon! my business is at a loss due to this ongoing glitch for 2 months. I’ve been trying to reach out and no response for 2 months, on several inquires sent

    Hi there,

    Did you receive our reply to your email support ticket that we sent on 10 November?

    You’re not seeing Business Plan features on your account because you don’t currently own a Business Plan. You only bought a monthly Business Plan subscription, and that expired on 7 November.

    You can buy a new Business Plan at My Site ->Upgrades ->Plans. Once you do that, you’ll have access to the features in that plan again.

    Note that live chat support is only included in the annual Business Plan, not in monthly plans.

    We don’t provide phone support on WordPress.com on any plan, so it’s not possible for us to call you.
