I need help with cancelling a subscription and/or deleting credit card details but can’t find the place where this is done. The card has been charged in error and I can’t find where to change which card (if any) should be charged.

The account you’re using to post here does not own any upgrades on WordPress.com and we don’t have any payment details on file for you.
Do you have any other WordPress.com sites/usernames which you might have used to buy an upgrade?
You can cancel any upgrade from the Purchases page, and delete payment info from the Billing History page, but first you’ll need to be logged in as the correct username that bought the upgrade.

It looks like you have some subscriptions for WooCommerce extensions. Woo is on a completely different system from WordPress.com, so you’ll need to contact WooCommerce support for help with refunding those payments:
