I need help with changing my page url

  I started the blog while I still did not have a good title for it, so I put ‘comingupwithatitlesoon’. Once I came up with a title, went to the settings page and changed the url to EcoSapien but the url for the site still remains the same. Also, there is a blog called EcoSapien which I assume is mine(?!?!?) How can I make this one appear as EcoSapien.wordpress.com ?
