I do not seem to have access to the credit card which is mine on file and it does not let me make changes or show me anything on the billing?

Hi @captainpana, are you logged into the correct account? We don’t see a card on file with this user, but there is another account that has upgrades.
Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that gets invoices and what not?
