    There is no telephone support at WordPress.com so I have added the modlook tag to ask staff to redact your phone number from this open forum. What is the address of the site you need help with? Can you provide more details?

    I’ve removed the phone number from this thread. It’s best practice not to post any personal details in public forums as they get indexed by search engines. This makes those personal details available to many people very quickly.

    There aren’t any charges pending or a history of any charges being made to this user account. Do you have more details about the charge? Which site was it connected to? The amount it was for?
