I need help with Gallery output format

  This is what my gallery looks like now, a standard gallery using Lightbox:
  http://cakemixcakery.com/?page_id=90

  What I want is for each image to have the title and Description next to the thumbnail like this:
  http://cakemixcakery.com/old/asd.jpg

  Please help
