I need help with header (and other questions) but I never received any replies

  I don’t know where else to post. I have a few questions; but, I haven’t received answers from staff nor alerted that anyone may have answered my question. I click notify but never received notifications.

  I have a header issue that just came up thirty minutes ago. I have the Glogan theme. The header changed fine both colors and images. Now, it’s just plain red. How do I change it?

  1. I checked all the forum answers. The link given to one post only talked about featured images not header images

  2. I cleaned the cache, logged out, and went through every nook and cranny on the customize page as well as dashboard

  3. It isn’t the theme because it worked for a good hour then it stopped. I can’t change it.

  4. I changed themes a couple of times and never had this problem.

  Is there a way I can change the heading color back to image where I can change the heading again?

  Another thing, a lot of times when I change the header, it does not update (I looked it up above numbers). I literally have to download my image again in order for any changes to take place on my page.

  This is for any theme I chose. It’s a tech issue.

  Is there a way I can fix these things?

  Your site is marked private by its owner, so we can’t see what’s going on. Also there is no Glogan theme in the wordpress.com theme repository.
